After you submit your information to become a Kamai Chat host, the next step is a video interview with an auditor. This guide explains what that stage involves and how to prepare for it.
Before the Interview: Submitting Your Information
The process begins when you submit your information and wait for the video interview to be scheduled. Message us on WhatsApp using the Join as Host button to get started.
During the Interview
You will answer the auditor's video call, present yourself and complete the review. In practical terms, this means:
- Being available for a live video call at the scheduled time.
- Presenting yourself clearly, in a private and suitable space with good lighting and a stable internet connection.
- Keeping your face clearly visible to the camera throughout the call.
- Communicating confidently and answering the auditor's questions.
These expectations line up with the general Kamai Chat host working guidelines you will follow once you are active, so it helps to treat the interview as a preview of a normal working session.
After the Interview: The Trial Period
Once you pass the interview, you enter a trial period lasting 1 to 3 days, during which you begin working as a host. After passing the trial period, you become a formal Kamai Chat host and become eligible for regular platform traffic according to platform rules.
